UTP Category 6 Cables

The UTP Category 6 Cable -2 (model CAB-LC3100) is engineered for high-performance networking applications, providing a reliable solution for data transmission.  Compliant with the YD/T1019-2013 test standard, this cable features an innovative design that ensures optimal signal integrity and minimal interference. It is constructed with Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) conductors, featuring a 23 AWG gauge and a nominal diameter of 0.57 mm, contributing to its low DC resistance of ≤95 Ω/km.

The cable’s insulation is made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), effectively reducing crosstalk and maintaining signal quality. The outer sheath is crafted from PVC, compliant with RoHS and REACH regulations, ensuring both safety and durability. With an external diameter of 6.2 ± 0.3 mm, the UTP Category 6 Cable is designed for easy handling and installation in various environments.

Its electrical performance is impressive across a wide frequency range. At 1 MHz, it maintains a characteristic impedance of 100 ± 15 ohms, with a return loss (RL) of 20 dB/100m, attenuation (ATT) of 2.0 dB/100m, and near-end crosstalk (NEXT) of 74.3 dB/100m. As frequencies increase to 250 MHz, the cable continues to deliver reliable performance with a NEXT value of 38.3 dB/100m, ensuring effective communication even in data-intensive scenarios.

Designed with practical features, the cable has an offset pitch of ≤20 mm and a cable pitch of ≤120 mm, making it adaptable for various installation setups. It includes a rip-cord for easy stripping and crossing backbone options to enhance routing flexibility. The packaging is thoughtfully designed, with each carton measuring 420mm x 205mm x 420mm and containing a length of 305 ± 1m, ensuring secure delivery.

Operating effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C, the UTP Category 6 Cable is a versatile choice for applications such as VoIP, video conferencing, and high-speed internet connectivity, making it a staple in modern networking solutions.
